We’re cool here and you don’t need to create an account per se, to place an Order with us. All products are ethically handcrafted with love in a small atelier from Transylvania, using only high quality hemp fibers spun and woven locally by our partners that have more than 60+ years experience in hemp processing.

If the desired product or your size is no longer available, you can select to be informed by email of its future availability by indicating your email address in the reserved area. When more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase. Furthermore, we can facilitate other options, such as Made-to-Measure or Bespoke.
Payments for the products can be made online via credit card. We accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
CASH ON DELIVERY is accepted only for orders delivered domestically.

Payments are made through NETOPIA MobilPay, which uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transfer on the network. Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a notification to your email address. The lack of this notification from the online processor indicates that the transaction has not been successfully completed.

Your parcel is usually shipped within 48h of the confirmation of your order, except for orders received on Friday which are shipped on the following Monday.
De IONESCU’s estimated shipping time vary by weight and destination. All orders should arrive within 1 – 14 business days upon shipment, depending on the custom protocol of the country the shipment is entering.
Orders equal or above €350 EUR, benefit from FREE SHIPPING worldwide.
You should expect your delivery between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that delivery into extended areas may take a day or two longer.
Customer is responsible for any additional customs fees and taxes which may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Making a return or exchange is as easy as pie. Just fill in the Return Form that you’ll find in the Return Policy section, indicating the order number and the reason behind your choice. You will then receive a confirmation email within 3 days with the returns instructions and the procedure to follow.
All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. We recommend all our customers to use our partner DHL Express, as they will collect the package from your home, work or alternative address for free. The products must be returned in their original packaging and with all the tags still attached. Unless the items are faulty or the order was cancelled under the ICASRs, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Client. You can only make one free change request per order. If the return solicitation is approved, the refund will be processed up to 10 business days after receipt and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
